1. Service Confirmation

Once you have made payment for any of our certification or documentation services, your order is confirmed and processed immediately. All payments are treated as confirmation of service acceptance.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to info@qmscertificate.in within 24 hours of payment.
• Once the documentation, verification, or auditing process has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
• In cases where cancellation is approved before service initiation, a standard processing fee may be deducted.

3. Refund Policy

• Payments made for ISO certification or related services are generally non-refundable once processing has started.
• Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical errors during online transactions.
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information.
• If the client fails to cooperate during audit/document verification.
• If the certification is delayed due to third-party dependencies or unavoidable circumstances.
• If the certification process has been completed and documents have been issued.

5. Changes to Services

QMS Certificate reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. However, in such cases, we will ensure that commitments already accepted are fulfilled or appropriately refunded at our discretion.
