We provide both digital and physical delivery options for ISO Certificates:
- Digital Delivery: Certificates are sent via registered email in PDF format after successful certification.
- Physical Delivery: Hard copies (if applicable) are dispatched through trusted courier or postal services to the address provided during registration.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Digital certificates are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after approval.
- Physical certificates may take 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen postal or courier issues, for which QMS Certificate is not responsible.
3. Shipping Charges
- Digital delivery: Free of charge.
- Physical delivery: Courier charges may apply based on location and will be communicated before dispatch.
4. Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. QMS Certificate will not be liable for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Tracking Information
Once your physical certificate has been dispatched, a tracking number (if available) will be shared via email or WhatsApp for your convenience.
6. International Shipping
For international clients, delivery times and costs may vary based on the destination country and courier partner. Customs duties, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
